Where we work
We're licensed in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia — and we know the inspection requirements, permit offices, and timelines in each jurisdiction. Wherever your property is, we've got you covered.
DC has some of the most active lead inspection requirements in the country. The DC Department of Energy & Environment (DOEE) regulates lead hazards in rental properties, and renovation permits frequently require XRF inspections and dust sampling clearances before work can be closed out.
We work across all eight wards and are familiar with DOEE submission requirements, turnaround expectations, and the permit offices that need our reports.
Maryland's lead paint law is one of the most comprehensive in the nation. Rental properties built before 1950 — and in many cases before 1978 — require lead inspection certificates before occupancy. Property owners, landlords, and investors rely on us for fast, reliable clearance reports accepted by MDE and local permit offices.
We serve the DC suburbs and surrounding counties, with deep familiarity in Prince George's and Montgomery County requirements.
Northern Virginia's older housing stock — particularly in Arlington and Alexandria — regularly requires lead inspections for renovation permits and real estate transactions. Virginia follows federal RRP rules, and we work closely with contractors and permit expediters who need fast, compliant reports.
We cover the Northern Virginia corridor, from the urban core out through the suburbs.
Just ask. If your property is in the DMV region, there's a good chance we serve it — and if we don't, we'll tell you straight away.
